Why Hiring A Skip Bin Is Better Than Council Rubbish Pickup For Hard Waste Collection in Melbourne
Find out why hiring a skip bin is faster, more efficient, and hassle-free than booking council rubbish pickup for hard waste collection in Melbourne.
Schedule of Collections
Booking council rubbish pickup for hard waste collection from your home in Melbourne can be a complete hassle when it comes to scheduling. As dates are made available two months in advance with limited slots for specific dates, once a day is filled, you have no choice but to book another date.
So, if you have an immediate need to get rid of hard waste from your residential property, you cannot do it unless you have made a prior booking months or weeks before. What is worse is that if your hard waste is not collected by 4pm on the booked collection day, you have to report it online and go through a time-consuming process.
Hiring a skip bin from us here at All Sorted Skip Bins on the other hand is hassle-free! Any time you need to get rid of hard waste from your property, all you have to do is book a schedule online. You can have your skip bin delivered to your location on the day you want it to be there. No tedious advance planning needed, and you are guaranteed that we will pick up your skip bin on your booked collection day.
Melbourne homes are entitled to one free collection of hard waste per financial year. After you have used your allotted collection service, charges will apply. Unfortunately, commercial or retail addresses are not entitled to hard waste collection. So, your business needs to hire a skip bin if you want to get rid of hard waste from your property.
Amounts, Sizes, & Types of Hard Waste Materials
You will be limited as to the amounts, sizes, and types of hard waste materials that will be collected when you choose to get council rubbish pickup in Melbourne. The council will only collect a maximum of one cubic metre of hard waste that includes:
